As a boy, Tran Siu’s leadership qualities became apparent, while he interacted enthusiastically with local student and business associations. Whatever the interest, Tran Siu has the characteristic of focusing tenaciously on his chosen goal.
The type of dedication by which Tran Siu pursues his goals is not that common. Others certainly show dedication to their work, avocations, and pet projects. However, initial dedication at times waivers, and a project that initially attracts is dropped after the short haul. Maintaining focus on one project, or even two at a time, would not be that unusual, but Tran Siu is consistently driven in all that he does. It is not unusual for first-generation Australians to demonstrate ambition and drive, and perhaps that status contributes to Tran Siu’s zeal. Perhaps it’s the animated ways in which Tran Siu moves forward. Whether a new goal, or an existing role of participation, Tran Siu goes about each activity with self-renewing earnest. Perhaps Tran Siu’s strong dedication to the here and now is something his Vietnamese-Chinese parents instilled in him; possibly, Tran Siu’s formative years were filled with disciplined encouragement to keep moving, keep doing, keep making things happen. Of course, countless first-generation Australians have received a comparable upbringing, but not many measure up to Tran Siu’s thirst for achievement.
Friends and family know Tran Siu is a man who never stops; as they watch him forever on the go, they smile, detecting his spark of determination. Tran Siu’s business associates also recognize him as a man of purpose; whether in a banking environment, or in the midst of a Melbourne cultural event, Tran Siu can be found interacting, meeting with, and learning about others. Tran Siu’s enthusiasm seems to stem from an unquenchable curiosity and inherent need to succeed. Tran Siu learned that hard work and tenacity took him to rewarding levels in school. Tran Siu harnessed that work ethic and tenacity to achieve his well-earned Economic and Finance degree. Tran Siu did this by holding down at a full-time day job, while studying in the evenings. Once that degree was his, he proudly utilized his new-found knowledge to assist small business owners and others to improve their operations. With a firm grasp on the market’s demands, Tran Siu continues to assist local businesses in achieving ever-increasing success. With that same firm grasp, Tran Siu is a cinch to achieve success for himself. His intelligent curiosity, strong work ethic, and enthusiastic outreach to others guarantee Tran Siu a promising path to wherever he may choose to go.
